Check Out the AP30 Bulk Hot Melt Tank - A Dispensing Workhorse
The AP30 Hot Melt Tank from Astro Packaging was designed for a rugged atmosphere and to use in both adhesive and sealant applications. The AP30 has a capacity of 30 lb of hot melt in pillow, pellet slab or bulk form. This 30 pound hot melt tank concentrates on heating the bottom of the tank so the top maintains a cooler temperature. Keeping a cooler temperature at the top of the tank helps minimize adhesive degradation, charring and foreign matter accumulation.
The AP30 bulk hot melt tank contains a fixed or variable AC motor that drives a positive displacement gear pump. The AP30 features an easy to adjust flow control that allows for adjustment of the pump pressure.
