This industrial glue gun has some serious power for a 1/2" glue gun. The Champ 400 glue gun is perfect for medium to high output applications. Because the Champ Stick 400 takes standard 1/2" glue sticks and has an adjustable temperature, it works with almost any standard glue stick adhesive.

The Champ Stick 400 industrial glue gun uses 1/2" glue sticks boasts a 400 Watt heater that ensures a high melt rate. One full trigger pull on the Champ Stick 400 extrudes 1.1 grams of hot melt.

The 400 watt heater on the Champ Stick 400 definitely gives you a impressive melt rate. The Champ Stick 400 is easy to hold due to it's circular handle making it great for all day use. This is a good 1/2" glue gun but if you're looking for additional output we recommend bumping up to a 5/8" glue gun or a gun that runs 1 3/4" glue slugs.
