Overview of Infinity Bond MMA 830

Infinity MMA 830 is an advanced, two-part, fast-curing methacrylate adhesive that is flexibilized for structural bonding. It is designed to bond various substrates, including fiberglass, steel, aluminum, galvanized metals, and various plastics (excluding low-energy surfaces). This adhesive combines at a ratio of 10:1 and has a working time of 4 to 6 minutes. At room temperature, it achieves nearly 50 percent of its ultimate strength within 15 minutes and reaches 90 percent of its strength in 30 minutes.

MMA 830 provides high-strength and very flexible bonds to the mentioned surfaces, typically without requiring any preparation. It bonds exceptionally well to steel, stainless steel, galvanized metals, and aluminum, accommodating significant movement of the substrates due to differences in the Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE).

Infinity Bond MMA 830 boasts high strength, superior fatigue resistance, and tremendous impact strength, making it a tough adhesive suitable for demanding applications.
