The Nordson TAH 161-224 (new part # 7701010) static mixing nozzle has 24 mixing elements and a 12.65 mm element diameter (.497 in). This mixer has a stepped tip giving users the ability to cut the nozzle end to adjust the bead dispensing size.
The 160 static mixing nozzle is unique in that materials do not meet in the manifold before the mixer, eliminating the problem of manifold plugging and cleaning. Instead, the 161-224 mixer has valve manifolds that separately port the A and B materials directly into the glue mixer making the cleanup process a simple nozzle removal and manifold wipe.
