EverStrong ES 80 Low VOC Contract Adhesive Overview

EverStrong ES80 is a high-strength contact adhesive with excellent performance characteristics. Applied on both surfaces to be adhered, ES80 is a high strength, high-temperature contact adhesive providing strong permanent bonds for a wide variety of substrates to include decorative laminates and veneers, fiberglass, glass, upholstery, fabrics, foam, auto headliners, cork, and particleboard. As a single surface application, its high tack and repositionability make ES80 an ideal adhesive for quick temporary bonding. Formulated with extremely low VOCs to comply with CA and OTC states regulations.

How to Apply EverStrong ES 80

For strong permanent bonds, apply ES80 to both surfaces to be bonded. For repositionable temporary bonds, apply EverStrong ES80 evenly to one side of the substrates to be bonded. Spray an even coat of adhesive with at least 80% to 100% coverage. Place the surfaces together and apply pressure evenly across the full bonding surface. For best results: Make sure that the surfaces are dry and free from dirt, grease, or oil. Ensure that the adhesives and substrates are at 60°F or higher.
