The Buehnen HB 450 Spray is a pneumatic bulk hot melt glue gun designed for controlled spray application in industrial environments. Operating at a fixed temperature of 376°F (190°C), it provides consistent adhesive output without the need for adjustment.

This applicator is compatible with a wide range of hot melt adhesives—including EVA, polyolefins, and pressure sensitive adhesives (PSA)—and supports pellets (granules), pillows, and 43 mm slugs. The integrated pneumatic assist helps reduce trigger effort, improving comfort and control during extended use.
