The Nordson TAH 160-724 (new part # 7700876) is one of our most popular static mixers with 24 mixing elements and an 8.0 mm element diameter (.314 in). This mixer has a stepped tip giving users the ability to cut the nozzle end to adjust the bead dispensing size.
The 160 mixer is unique in that materials do not meet in the manifold before the mixer, eliminating the problem of manifold plugging and cleaning. Instead, the 160-724 mixer has valve manifolds that separately port the A and B materials directly into the mixer making the cleanup process a simple nozzle removal and manifold wipe.
