3M DP270 Clear Potting Epoxy Adhesive Overview
3M DP270 potting epoxy is an excellent potting epoxy with low viscosity and is often used in the electronics industry and manufacturing. It is UL94 rated and is non-corrosive with copper.

3M DP270 Characteristics
3M DP270 has a long work life - approximately 70 minutes - and a tack free time of about 3 hours. Full cure comes at around 48 hours. DP270 has almost no exotherm when bonding which makes it good for bonding heat sensitive electronics like glass diodes, sensors, etc.
DP270 also offers good shock resistance and electrical insulation properties even in humid conditions. This structural adhesive is available in 50mil, 200mil and 400mil cartridges.
