About the 3M DP100 NS Non-Sag Epoxy Adhesive
The 3M DP100 NS is a structural epoxy adhesive similar to those found in the Scotch Weld DP100 Series. What makes the DP100 NS stand out is that it is a non-sag adhesive.

What is non-sag? Non-sag adhesives are a higher viscosity which means thicker. The DP100 NS can be used for applications where a gap needs to be filled or workability of the adhesive is a must.
The 3M DP100 NS has a 5 minute open time and parts can typically be used within 20 minutes, however, we recommend 24-48 hours before full strength is reached.
3M DP100 NS is available in 50mil, 200mil and 400mil cartridges. We recommend using 3M EPX guns and nozzles for dispensing.
