Bayonet Mixers for 4:1 and 10:1 Adhesive Dispensing
The Sulzer MAHX Series static mixers feature a bayonet-style twist-and-lock connection, designed for dispensing adhesives from 50 mL cartridges at 4:1 and 10:1 mix ratios. When used with the Sulzer A System Kit, locking the nozzle automatically aligns the first element for consistent and efficient mixing.
Each MAHX mixer includes 17 polypropylene elements within a polypropylene housing, with either a tapered or stepped tip outlet. These mixers are compatible with a wide range of two-component materials, including epoxy, silicone, urethane, acrylic, and polyester, and support both manual and low-pressure meter mix applications.
