The Sulzer MCHX Series (formerly MCX) static mixers are designed for use with Sulzer MixPac 200 mL and 400 mL cartridges in 4:1 and 10:1 mix ratios. These disposable plastic nozzles connect using a retaining nut and are optimized for manually powered dispensing systems requiring minimal resistance.
MCHX mixers are compatible with a wide range of two-part adhesives including epoxies, silicones, urethanes, acrylics, and polyesters. They are built for reliable mixing in high-ratio applications where precision and ease of use are essential.
