The Sulzer MPH Series static mixers feature X-Grid mixing technology and a standard bell inlet, designed for use with meter mix systems handling 1:1 and 2:1 adhesives. These compact nozzles provide high-performance mixing for challenging materials such as epoxies, silicones, polyurethanes, and thermally conductive pastes. The X-Grid structure enables superior dispersion in a shorter mixer length, reducing adhesive waste and increasing application accuracy.
MPH mixers are available in 12 mm outer diameter with multiple element counts and stepped-tip outlets that can be trimmed for controlled bead size. Their efficient design and compatibility with C-System cartridges and dispensing equipment make them a versatile option for mid-volume, high-precision applications.
