Quadro Turbo Nozzles for High-Ratio Dispensing
The Sulzer MBQX Series static mixers are Quadro-style turbo mixers designed for 4:1 and 10:1 ratio dispensing from 25 mL and 50 mL Sulzer B System cartridges. These mixers feature an interlock-style connection and separate outlets to keep A and B components isolated until they enter the mixing elements, reducing the risk of cross-contamination and clogs.
The MBQX design allows for efficient, high-shear mixing in a shorter length, making it ideal for high-viscosity materials and precise application near bonding surfaces. Each mixer includes a Luer Lock outlet, compatible with a variety of needle tips for controlled dispensing of epoxies, silicones, urethanes, and other two-part adhesives.
