Bell Inlet Nozzles for High-Pressure Meter Mix Dispensing
The Sulzer MS Series static mixers are a cost-effective, high-strength solution for dispensing two-part adhesives using meter mix equipment. Like the ME Series, these mixers use a bell inlet and feature polyacetal (POM) elements to withstand high dispensing pressures, making them well-suited for automated or semi-automated applications.
The key distinction between the MS and ME Series is the slightly larger inner diameter of the MS bell housing (0.657” vs. 0.625”). Shrouds are recommended for safety and to prevent housing expansion during high-pressure use. The MS Series is compatible with epoxies, silicones, urethanes, and other reactive materials.
