Sulzer MFHX Series Static Mixers
Dual-Orifice Nozzles for 4:1 and 10:1 High-Ratio Dispensing
The Sulzer MFHX Series static mixers are designed for 4:1 and 10:1 dispensing using 200 mL and 400 mL Sulzer F-System cartridges. These mixers feature a patented dual-orifice connector that separates part A and B materials until they reach the mixing elements, eliminating cross-contamination and reducing clogs.
The MFHX Series is ideal for high-viscosity adhesives such as epoxy, silicone, urethane, and acrylics. The interlock-style attachment ensures secure connection, while the internal geometry promotes efficient, consistent mixing in demanding ratio applications.
