Bell Inlet Nozzles for Meter Mix Equipment
The Sulzer ME Series static mixers are designed for high-performance adhesive dispensing with meter mix equipment. Featuring a bell inlet and a cuttable stepped tip, these mixers allow for adjustable bead size and are compatible with a wide range of two-part materials including epoxies, silicones, urethanes, and polyurethanes.
Constructed with durable polyacetal (POM) mixing elements, ME Series mixers are built to withstand high-pressure operation. Shrouds are commonly used with these mixers to contain expansion during dispensing and to securely connect the mixer via a retaining nut interface. Multiple diameter and element configurations are available to match specific application needs.
