X-Grid Machine Mixers for High-Viscosity and Filled Materials
The Sulzer MPP Series static mixers feature X-Grid technology designed for optimal performance with two-component adhesives that have high viscosity or density ratios. These disposable mixers support 1:1 and 2:1 ratios and are especially effective for difficult-to-mix materials like epoxy, polyurethane, silicone, and heat-conducting or particle-filled pastes. The compact design achieves the same mixing quality in a nozzle up to three times shorter than traditional helical mixers.
MPP mixers use a standard bell inlet compatible with C-System cartridges and most meter mix equipment. Each nozzle includes a stepped tip that can be trimmed for variable flow rates, and options are available in multiple diameters, element counts, and lengths to match specific application needs. Their efficient geometry minimizes waste and enables precise dispensing for demanding industrial environments.
